ACT ONE

a freshly baked wholemeal roll & butter is served with your starter

Chicken Liver & Calvados Smooth Paté
served with a spicy pear chutney & granary toast

Salmon & Potato Fishcake
served on a bed of mixed leaves & drizzled with balsamic
or
Soup of the Day (veggie friendly)

ACT TWO

Stuffed Roast Turkey
Lak’s special recipe stuffed, rolled turkey breast, served with sautéed potatoes, a winter vegetable medley and a creamy chestnut jus & cranberry jelly – a truly Christmassy choice

Sirloin Steak
cooked to your taste, served with a rich peppercorn sauce, chunky fries, glazed carrots and roasted red onions

Pan Fried Tuna Steak
served with parsnip mash, French beans and a vierge sauce with prawns added for good measure

served with chunky chips, a tomato stuffed with cous cous, topped with toasted pine nuts

This is a set menu for Christmas Parties and is available as a 2 or 3 course
option (lunch or dinner), Tuesdays to Fridays, from 1st to 23rd December.
Parties must be booked in advance. Filter Coffee/Tea & Christmas Crackers included.

A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required on booking.
Please note that for parties of more than 6 guests, a service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.
